HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order and following that you will get another email regarding the dispatch of your order. This email will contain the tracking number of the order where you can use to find the status of your order. WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL IF I HAVE MADE AN ERROR IN INPUTTING THE CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS?
After an order has been confirmed, changes cannot be made. Confirmation emails can be forwarded by manually contacting our Customer care or email us at nithila@themadrastrunk.com and we will help you by forwarding the confirmation e-mail to the correct address.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
As a company policy, we do not give refund on any product sold. However, you can always opt for an exchange or a store credit. We usually dispatch your products within 24-48 hours from your order date. If you would like to change the product or size please contact us at nithila@themadrastrunk.com or call us at the earliest with your order # as a reference. Once the product has been dispatched, you will have to follow our 7-day exchange policy.

I’M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
-We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
-If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you’re not missing anything. If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

I HAVE AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away. Please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the incorrect item’s name and product number. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.
